Sand Creek Massacre Field Trip

The Racial Justice Task Force will be leading a car trip down to this Historic Site in southeastern Colorado. This is the site where 150+ Cheyenne and Arapaho peoples, mostly elders, women, and children, were slaughtered by the American Calvary led by Col. John M. Chivington, a Methodist pastor.
