Are you a parent, caregiver, mentor, or general cheerleader for transgender youth? Are you feeling a little (or a lot) anxious about the surge in legislation targeting transgender youth and their right to healthcare, school participation, and more? Pause; take a breath...we've got your back.
NextGen & Inclusiveness Ministries is hosting a book discussion group for TRANS KIDS OUR KIDS: STORIES AND RESOURCES FROM THE FRONTLINES OF THE MOVEMENT FOR TRANSGENDER YOUTH. Published by folks at the Campaign for Southern Equality, TKOK contains stories that will open your eyes, break your heart, and give you hope.
Open to all who love and care about transgender & gender expansive youth, this book group will begin meeting online every other Thursday (with one exception) beginning Thursday, February 27th. Additional dates are March 6th, March 20th, April 3rd, April 17th, and May 1st @ 6:00pm-7:30pm via Zoom.
